Cajun Chicken Pasta

Cajun Chicken Pasta is a great meal to make if you love to add a little spiciness to your diet. This meal is actually quite simple to make and takes only about a half hour to execute. 

Ingredients 

 

  • 1 bottle of Cajun Seafood Sauce 

  • 2 tbsp of Frank's Red Hot Sauce 

  • 1 tbsp of Worcestershire

  • 1 tsp of Cajun Seasoning 

  • 2 cups of Chicken Broth

  • 1 package of Sun Dried Tomatoes

  • 1 red onion

  • 2 red peppers

  • A splash of white wine

  • 1 box of Penne pasta

  • 2 to 3 boneless chicken breasts

 

Directions

 

 

Turn the stove on low and pour in the chicken broth and a few splashes of red wine into a pot. Add the cajun spice, Red Hot, Cajun sauce and Worcestershire. 

 

Cut up the chicken breast and place it in the pot on the stove. 

 

Chop the onion, peppers and the sun dried tomatoes and place in a separate bowl. 

 

 

 

 

Fill a separate pot with water and bring to a steady boil. Pour in the penne pasta and cook it for 7 minutes or until soft. 

 

Pour the pasta and the chopped vegetables in with the chicken and sauce and cover with a lid. Let it sit for 5 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked.
